In collaboration with Harmonia Wellness Center in Sausalito, I have created a 1/2 day Summer Camp Aerial Yoga Program for girls going into grades 3 - 6.

Our day will consist of:

An opening art activity, like concocting cocoon oils, stringing mala beads, and creating intention mandalas.

Early afternoon aerial skill building.

Organic snack break and mindfulness activity.

Late afternoon aerial choreography and dance design.

Final class will culminate 15 minutes early for a family show and tell time. I hope you can make it!
